Abstract

The science of genomics or hereditary genes includes contemporary problems that collide with the wall of contemporary jurisprudence, genetic imprinting, and so on from genetic research that awaits an answer from the circle of Islamic legislation in line with the issues of legal rulings related to this science, and from here the jurists have made an effort to Reaching jurisprudential solutions to these newly created issues, each according to it. Therefore, the researcher decided, through his effort, to discuss these issues and their legal rulings and infer them from their origins and sources, while discussing those inferences in a scientific way through cross-pollination of ideas, confronting problems, and investing information in order to reach the required intellectual production.

This research deals with some topics of modern technologies related to the legal provisions of Islamic jurisprudence and their rationale, such as the genetic fingerprint, which is adopted as a means to prove lineage and determine the identity of the criminal through the detection of genetic genes. Genetic engineering and genetic modifications lead to the discovery of a new method based on genetics to know the lineage of a person and to determine the characteristics of an organism in a scientifically advanced way.
