This research has dealt with Herder's philosophy of history, whichh is concerned with human formation In general, and It cannot be distinguished from Condorcet's philosophy, but Herder, according to the testimony of many other philosophers, Is the most philosophical In history just as the philosophy of history Is the philosophy of civilization for him If the philosophy of history  Is looking at historical facts and their rationality, the research is the study of human civilization that takes Into account the fact that humans have become a thing of the past and man may represent the relationship between two worlds, the natural world from which he arose and the spiritual world from whichh there is no physical presence in this human structure, and from  In order to achieve the goal of being In the spiritual world, man must fight against the destructive tendencies of himself and society In order to make room for the emergence of factors of maintenance and development. Hence, reason has grown and Its victories have increased In achieving justice. Basically, history Is a network of processes In which human beings make efforts, they are chosen freely, to realize their abilities and energies to reach the spiritual and ideal world.
