Ways to detect the taste of Sharia

Abstract

Through tracing and extrapolation of evidential blogs and jurisprudential books and comparison between the science of principles and the science of jurisprudence، this approach or building the taste of Sharia or something similar to it appeared in the uses of jurists with its historical depth in one or multiple directions.  Thus، methods were observed revealing the taste of Sharia among jurists in Their fundamental and jurisprudential works.
