The Islamic Sharia has dealt with in its legislation common cases in daily life, and these cases prevent the implementation of Islamic legislation such as retribution and blood money, such as the absence of the rational person or her inability to pay the blood money, and this resource is like the problem of research.
The Tajweed scholars built their books on the idea of treating hidden melody, and they treated vocal phenomena accordingly, relying on a scientific approach to understanding vocal phenomena, which is reception and orality from the mouths of skilled reciters. The fundamental Tajweed books were composed in the fourth, fifth, and sixth centuries of the Hijra. Researchers have dealt with He studied that approach in analysis and detail and concluded that reception and oral reception are the primary basis for Tajweed scholars in understanding vocal phenomena, in addition to the scientific material recorded in the fundamental Tajweed books
