Abstract

The research aims to solve the problem of the grammatical verb (was), distinguish between its types, and clarify its meanings and temporal connotations, in what is attributed to it of temporality, or abstracts, or if it is attributed to the Almighty God, between grammarians and fundamentalists. The researcher adopted the descriptive-analytical approach, linking grammar and principles, and he reported what came with the first science, I mean philosophy in knowing time.
