Deriving legal rulings through the Qur’anic script

There are various paths that mujtahids and intellectuals can pursue to discover the legal ruling from its authentic sources, the Holy Qur'an, the pure Sunnah, and other sources.
These paths have been explained and elaborated upon by scholars of the fundamentals of Islamic jurisprudence (usul al-fiqh), and have been adopted by scholars and jurists as a method. I will not repeat what they have disseminated in their extensive treatises and clarified in their writings. Those who wish to return to these explanations should refer to these explanations.
Perhaps the horizon within which contemporary researchers and specialists in Qur'anic matters operate is broader than that which encompassed their predecessors. This may be due to the diversity of knowledge tools, the openness of the mind, and the liberation of human thought.
Among the characteristics of the Noble Qur'an is its extraordinary ability to keep pace with everything new and its ability to undergo renewed interpretations despite the authenticity of its text and vocabulary.
