الملخص

The literal meaning is one of the components of the linguistic structure in the Arabic language, and several functions have been developed to denote it, such as (from and to and others). One of the prominent results of this research is that the literal meaning represents a partial meaning for the famous fundamentalists, and this result generated a scientific and semantic problem because it affects the release of legal texts, but rather prevents the formation of this release, because the partial meaning does not release it. This problem overlaps in a major detail in the deductive process, because hundreds of jurisprudential issues are based on the legal texts, and most of them contain restrictions for their releases, and the well-known is committed to the fact that the restriction in the text relates to the form of the sentence and it is one of the validations of the literal meaning. Hence the fundamentalists faced this problem. From the point of view of the restriction, the body has a literal meaning and the body is partial, so how can we restrict the partial? The fundamentalists took several directions in the solution: 1. Sheikh Al-Ansari adhered to the fact that the restrictions are related to the substance, and not the body and the articles have their complete meanings. 2. The investigator Al-Akhund denied the partial meaning of the literal meaning and insisted that it is a complete meaning. 3. The Iraqi investigator committed to the possibility of restricting the literal meaning. 4. Mr. Muhammad Baqir al-Sadr committed himself to the fact that the multiplicity of meanings into two nominal meanings and the meaning of a link is one of the analytical meanings and does not represent the real meanings in the mind, and therefore impossibility and possibility are from the affairs of the reality of the meaning and not to its analytical image.
