This study aims to clarify one of the important and contemporary topics that occupy thinking and actions in the majority of countries in the world and to which studies and research are devoted, which is the topic of the quality of banking service and the tools and methods that contribute to achieving it. Therefore, our current study seeks to answer the basic question related to the relationship of electronic governance and the quality of banking service through... Testing the validity of the hypotheses formulated according to the study plan that can reflect the relationship between the variables. The study was applied at the Rafidain Bank to a sample of employees amounting to 120 individuals. 117 questionnaires were obtained, of which 6 were invalid, so the sample size became 111. A set of appropriate statistical methods were used, including correlation analysis, regression, and path analysis. The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is that there is a positive impact of electronic governance on the quality of banking service
