يسعى البحث الحالي الى تحديد اثر ممارسات القيادة الاستراتيجية في تحقيق ريادة الاعمال في المصارف الاهلية العاملة في محافظة النجف الاشرف ومن اجل تحقيق ذلك تم اعتماد نموذج  لممارسات القيادة الاستراتيجية متكون من ستة ممارسات والتي اعتمد منها في الجانب الميداني اربعة فقط وحسب و هي الثقافة التنظيمية ورأس المال البشري والتوجة الاستراتيجي والرقابة التنظيمة  واعتمدت متغيرات ريادة الاعمال كل من الاجراءات الاستباقية وتحمل المخاطر والابداع وانتهاز الفرص وحسب وتم الحصول على المعلومات اللازمة للجانب الميداني من خلال استمارة استبانة اعدت لهذا الغرض وزعت على عينة مكونة من 32 مديرا ورئيس قسم في (11) مصرف تجاري وقد توصل البحث الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات منها تعتبر ريادة الاعمال هدف تسعى المنظمات لتحقيقه وخصوصا المنظمات الخدمية والتي هي على تماس مباشر مع الزبائن لذلك يتضح سعي هذه المنظمات لانتهاز الفرص والابداع المتواصل وخلق الافكار المتجددة وتحمل المخاطر من اجل الوصول للريادية في العمل اي تكون السباقة بين المتنافسين ولعل المصارف التجارية احد هذه المنظمات المتميزة ، ثم اختتم البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات المتعلقة بمتغيرات البحث.

Abstract

This research seeks to determine the impact of the strategic leadership practices to achieve business leadership in private banks operating in the province of Najaf, in order to achieve that was adopted model  of the practices of strategic leadership and consisting of six practices and adopted them in the field side only four, according to and which is the organizational culture and human capital and strategic direction and oversight regulatory adopted leadership variables business all measures proactive and risk-taking, creativity and seize the opportunities and according to all of the (Jones & Rowley, 2009) and (Morris2002 ) and (Kilenthong et al, 2010) were obtained the necessary field as well as information through a questionnaire form prepared for this purpose and distributed to a sample of 20 Director and Head of Department at (11) Commercial Bank has reached search to a set of conclusions which are considered business leadership goal Organizations trying to achieve, especially service organizations which are in direct contact with customers, it is clear the pursuit of these organizations to take advantage of opportunities and continuous innovation and the creation of renewable ideas and take risks in order to reach the pioneering work any be the first among the contenders and perhaps commercial banks one of these outstanding organizations, then concluded research group Bmtgbrat of recommendations on research.
