This study aims to highlight the role of digitization in postal services on the development of the quality and type of services in public institutions affiliated with the state, which would support ways of development and development in Algeria, as well as accelerating and simplifying administrative transactions and improving the relationship of individuals with public institutions.
In this research paper, light was shed on the experience of the public institution, Algeria Post, in the field of digital transformation and digital platforms, which contributed to the development of the level and volume of services provided to citizens, with a field study of the institution, which, like other institutions, seeks to keep pace with scientific and technological progress, introduce information and communication technology, and bring management methods closer to Citizens and activate all modern mechanisms in order to improve the public services provided by the state.
The study concluded by highlighting the effective role of digital transformation and digital platforms through their contributions to improving the performance and modernizing institutions through technological development and the effectiveness of services, which translates into the contribution of public institutions in supporting and advancing development prospects in Algeria and developing development structures and sectors, which have met with customer satisfaction.
