Evaluating the reality of the foundations of time management in the Kirkuk Traffic Directorate (an analytical exploratory study of the opinions of a sample of workers)

Abstract

  The main concern and  the perseverance  about time and the way how not to waste it ,use it or  invest it efficiently  imply that life has a true meaning and  true value. So if you  want  to give your life a real  meaning then  you shall  give your special time a true meaning because there is no extra time we can use it, buy it or save it  .In the light of that,  the  main objective of the study is to designate the capabilities that we can adopt the basis of time management in  Kirkuk traffic directorate through analytical survey  . Regarding the study, and owing to the limitations of the sources and researches in the Iraqi society , the researcher has  tried to include it in his study according to its framework through the forms of questionnaire as a basic device to collect data and information ,and the way  of  analyzing  (SPSS ) software package ready based on the results of the analysis of the current study. As a result the current study has concluded the following findings, there is a close  relationship between high degree internal coherence among the  study dimensions (Analyzing, planning, organizing, directing, applying and controlling the time management), and on the basis these conclusions, the study has reached to some important suggestions, mainly the importance of time as a unique ,  valuable and costly source which is considered as a main challenge that faces any  administration. Finally ,promoting the perception about time management in order to make it essential part of  organizational and administrative culture.
