The Effectiveness of Artificial Intelligence in Achieving Organizational Transformation: A Field Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Administrative Leaders in Private Banks in Duhok Governorate

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of Artificial Intelligence (AI ( in achieving organizational transformation. The study explores the perspectives of a sample of managers in private banks in Duhok Governorate. The main research problem is embodied in the following question: To what extent is Artificial Intelligence effective in achieving organizational transformation in private banks in Duhok Governorate.The researchers adopted the descriptive-analytical approach in dealing with the theoretical and field data of the surveyed banks. Data were collected randomly through a questionnaire, with the final research sample consisting of 76 respondents from managers in the private banks of Duhok. Statistical analysis of the data was conducted using the statistical program (SPSS V.27), and a number of statistical indicators were calculated, forming the basis for presenting and discussing the results of the field analysis. The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is that the results of the correlation analysis revealed that high levels of organizational transformation in the surveyed banks in Duhok are associated with equally high levels of Artificial Intelligence among their managers. This indicates that the more AI levels improve in these banks, the more they contribute to achieving organizational transformation in private banks. The research also presented several recommendations for the surveyed banks, most notably the necessity of adopting effective strategies to facilitate organizational transformation through the use of Artificial Intelligence.
