أثر عمليات إدارة المعرفة في بعض قرارات العمليات  دراسة استطلاعية لأراء عينة من مديرين الشركة العامة لصناعة البطاريات

استند البحث الحالي على متغیرین یتفاعلان فیما بینهما لیشكلان الإطار الفكري والفلسفي للبحث وهما (عملیات إدارة
المعرفة وق ا ر ا رت العملیات) وقد انطلق البحث من مشكلة عبر عنها بعدد من التساولات استهدف من الإجابة عنها
استجلاء الفلسفة النظریة لهذین المتغیرین كونهما من المواضیع الحدیثة في البیئة الع ا رقیة ومن ثم تشخیص علاقتها ،
تكونت عینة البحث من الشركة العامة للبطاریات والتي تعتمد في عملها إدارة المعرفة والتي یتوقع أنها اقرب ما تكون
الى المنظمات المعرفیة في تطبیقها لق ا ر ا رت العملیات وقد حددت عینة البحث من ( 30 ) مشاهدة من أولئك الذین في
المستوى التنظیمي الأول والثاني في تلك الشركة وقد استخدمت الاستبانة أداة الد ا رسة الرئیسة في جمع البیانات
في تحلیل الاستجابات وخلص البحث إلى جملة من النتائج، من (SPSS) والمعلومات وتم اعتماد البرنامج الإحصائي
أبرزها كان الآتي:
-1 تمنح إدارة المعرفة المنظمة خیا ا رت عدة لحل المشكلات التي تواجهها فضلاً عن تقدیم الدعم والإسناد لإكساب
المنظمة میزة تنافسیة وقیامها بدور مباشر یمكن المنظمة من التعرف على طبیعة ق ا ر ا رت العملیات التي تتبنها .
-2 استخدام المنظمة لعملیات إدارة المعرفة سوف یقلل الجهد والوقت والكلفة التي تتحملها المنظمة نتیجة تجمیع
البیانات ومعالجتها وتحویلها الى معلومات .
-3 تحدید المنظمة لق ا ر ا رت العملیات التي تتبناها یمكنها من أعطاء الأولویات المناسبة لتلك الق ا ر ا رت كلاً على وفق
الأهمیة التي من خلالها تستطیع المنظمة تحقیق أهدافها في مجال إدارة العملیات .
Abstract
Based on current research on the variables interact with each other to form the
framework of intellectual and philosophical research and two (processes of knowledge
management and operational decisions) has launched search of a problem expressed by a
number of already receiving inquiries were targeted by answering the elucidation
philosophy theory for these two variables being the subjects of modern Iraqi environment
and then diagnose relationship, formed the research sample of the General Company for
batteries, which rely in their work and knowledge management, which is expected as soon
as possible to the organizations knowledge to apply to operational decisions have been
identified sample of (30) View from those at the organizational level I and II in that
company have been used questionnaire study, the main tool in the collection of data and
information was adopted statistical program (SPSS) in analyzing the responses and
concluded a number of research results, most notably the following:
1- Knowledge Management Organization gives several options to solve the problems
faced as well as providing support and support to give the organization a competitive
advantage and having a direct role of the organization can identify the nature of operational
decisions that adopt it.
2- Use of the Organization of the knowledge management processes will reduce the
time and effort and cost incurred by the organization as a result of data collection,
processing and converted into information.
3- Determine the Organization of the resolutions adopted by the processes that enable
them to give appropriate priorities of those decisions in accordance with both the
importance which the Organization can achieve its goals in the field of operations
management.
