Cognitive disorder treatments and their role in promoting digital citizenship An exploratory study of the opinions of a sample of the lecturers of the University of Kufa

Purpose: This study aims to investigate the nature of the relationship between cognitive disorder treatments and digital citizenship at the University of Kufa.
Design/Methodology: Depending on the stratified random sample, (347) questionnaires were distributed to the teaching staff of the University of Kufa, specifically in ((21 colleges and (3) research centers and the central library, and the number of retrieved questionnaires was (344) questionnaires, and the valid for statistical analysis was ( 332) a questionnaire with a response rate of (96.5%), and it was analyzed by the advanced statistical program SmartPlus, in addition to the statistical program SPSS v.22.
Theoretical results: There is a knowledge gap to explain the nature of the relationship between cognitive disorder treatments and digital citizenship in organizations in general and at the University of Kufa in particular.
Practical results: There is a direct impact of cognitive disorder treatments on digital citizenship.
The importance of the study: Given the scarcity of studies that attempted to determine and know the nature of the relationship between (treatments of cognitive disorder, digital citizenship), this study was a treatment of a real problem that directly affects the educational sector in Iraq.
