Abstract

Because man has human value and dignity in the mental and physical dimensions, and on the other hand, the real owner is God and man has only credit and trust, so he has no right to harm his body and soul. The abuse of drugs and psychotropic substances clouds the mind and causes physical and psychological harm. From the point of view of the Qur’an, human life and humanity find meaning through the mind, and it is clear in Islamic jurisprudence and among the jurists and references to imitation that it is forbidden to use drugs and psychotropic substances.
