From all of the above, we can conclude a set of conclusions or opinions, the most important of which are:
Al-Rifai affirms that we cannot modernize religious thinking in Islam except by getting rid of the inherited theological systems in which confusion and confusion take place between God and people's perception of God, between the sacred and humans' perception of the sacred.
The concept of the sacred expands to include many meanings, and its definitions vary in a way that makes it difficult to grasp one meaning for it. And the sacred is related to what is religious in many of its forms and fields, but sometimes the sacred has a field outside religion in its usual and customary sense, because it is also related to the nature of societies and their limits in it. We can say: Everything we give a value dimension that goes beyond our existence as human beings is “sacred” in a way.
