The current research aims to evaluate the programs of continuing education courses for biology teachers at the secondary level.
The current research is limited to biology teachers at the secondary level for the academic year 2015-2016.
Determining the research community, the teachers of biology in the secondary stage of the General Directorate of Education of Najaf for the academic year (2015-2016) of (347) teachers and teachers of life sciences. And after the research community was selected, then the research sample was chosen randomly, which must be representative of the community, and it reached (67) teachers and teachers.
To achieve the goal of the research, it was required to build and prepare an appropriate tool that included (5) five magazines, namely: time, organization, vocabulary of the training program, the professional aspect, the academic aspect, and human development. It consisted of (28) paragraphs and the answer alternatives were (agree, agree to some extent, disagree)
