Abstract

The current research aims to:
• Determine effective teaching skills for primary school teachers.
• Determine the level of mastery of effective education skills.
• Knowing the level of proficiency in these skills according to the variables of gender and experience.
The current research was limited to:
1. Primary school teachers in primary schools in Najaf Governorate for the academic year 2009-2010.
2. Teachers of the fifth grade of primary school subjects (Arabic language, mathematics, science, social studies and Islamic education).
The total number of male and female teachers of the primary stage in the center of Najaf governorate reached (12201) male and female teachers for the academic year 2009-2010.
To determine the effective teaching skills of primary school teachers.
