Abstract

The idea of ​​the research is summarized about the approach of some scholars and researchers who are called (the Quranists) in the process of making fatwas, which is the method of sufficiency in the Qur’an, as the research sheds light on this approach and its most prominent personalities, then access to the statement of the impact of this approach on the process of legal deduction, and analysis of their deductions discussing it, and attempting to analyze the claim that the method of being satisfied with the Qur’an is a method that eliminates the differences between Muslims, thus uniting their word and rulings; Because it is the Sunnah that sows disputes among Muslims, and the research is organized into an introduction and two demands. The first talks about this trend and its emergence and its most prominent characters, and the second is about the impact of the method of contentment with the Qur’an in the process of legal deduction.
