Abstract

There are different trends in understanding sacred religious texts, some reject the curriculum altogether and in detail, while others support others with full force, and perhaps the most important new currents that invade the world in general, and the Islamic world in particular in the current stage, religious pluralism, and some Opinions about changing Sharia and rulings, which in essence are due to some theories in understanding the text, such as philosophical hermeneutics, which says the multiplicity of readings and the relativity of knowledge.

Philosophical hermeneutics, which has a prominent importance in contemporary reality for some contemporary Muslim thinkers such as Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd, as in the criticism of religious discourse, and the theory of capture and extension of Abd al-Karim Soroush, and the logical opinions of Muhammad Mujtahid Shabestari and those who say that it is imperative to differ in readings of texts from One person to another and from one era to another era.
