The Andalusian poet Musa ibn Imran al-Mirtili did not receive the attention of scholars in his time، despite the depth of his religious and literary culture، which spanned more than twenty-seven years. He was a learned، ascetic، and distinguished mystic. His humanistic spirit and spiritual poetry were evident، and his humanistic tendencies were clearly manifest in his poems and fragments. Therefore، we chose to study "Humanistic Tendencies in the Poetry of Musa ibn Imran al-Mirtili،" after reading his works extensively، employing a descriptive approach to identify and comment on these tendencies. This followed a brief biography of the poet، covering his life and upbringing. This study fills a gap in the field of Andalusian literary studies، and our conclusions include: the abundance of social، educational، religious، and devotional themes stemming from the poet's experiences، and the strength of his literary personality، inspired by the religious culture he acquired from his social reality over twenty-seven years of learning and teaching.
