Abstract

The research aims to analyze and estimate the relationship between banking policy indicators and indirect foreign investment, The issue of banking policy and indirect foreign investment is of great importance, whether for researchers or for managing banks and finding the relationship between them and how to achieve compatibility between them due to the importance of this, whether for banks or stakeholders , A statistical community was taken, represented by the private commercial banks listed in the stock market. The banks are the ones that undertake the subscription in shares and bonds on behalf of the companies participating in the financial market. It also, on behalf of its clients, buys, sells and holds securities. The banking sector is an active sector and one of the components of the stock market, which is the vessel in which liquidity accumulates and in turn directs it to appropriate investments.
