Abstract

الملخص
لقد فرضت التطو ا رت السیاسیة والاقتصادیة المتسارعة د ا رسة أبرز ملامح النظام الاقتصادي
العالمي وما یتضمن من تناقضات ومن تجارب ممیزة. ولعل من أبرز تلك التجارب هي تجربة الصین
كونها قد حققت نموا اقتصادیا مرتفعا، واستطاعت أن تدخل السوق العالمیة بتنافسیة كبیرة وبكفاءة
عالیة. وهذا مما یستدعي د ا رستها والوقوف عند عناصر القوة والنجاح فیها وٕامكانیة تطبیق الإج ا رءات
الاقتصادیة التي اتبعتها.
ومن ناحیة أخرى فقد اشتملت هذه التجربة على تناقض واضح بین إیمانها بعمل الاقتصاد على
وفق الأسس اللیب ا رلیة، وبین احتفاظها بالسلطة المركزیة والاستبداد بالحكم وعدم تحقیق الدیمق ا رطیة. لذا
فان فحص العلاقة بین النظام السیاسي والاقتصادي وفهم تقسیم العمل بینهما والتعرف على أسباب
نجاح هذه التجربة هي الأهداف الأساسیة لهذا البحث.
Abstract
The political and economic developments Imposed studying the most
prominent features of the global economic system and what it contains
contradictions and distinctive experiences. Perhaps the most prominent of these
experiments is the experience of China which has achieved high economic
growth, and it was able to enter the global market in large competitiveness and
high efficiency. This study, which calls for the stand at the elements of power
and success and the possibility of applying economic measures pursued.
On the other hand, these included such experiment on the apparent
contradiction between their faith in the functioning of the economy according
to the principles of liberalism, and between retaining central authority and
tyranny governance and lack of democracy. Therefore, the examination of the
relationship between the political and economic system to understand the
division of labor between them and to identify the reasons for the success of
this experiment are the main goals of this research
