The problem of the relationship and political powers between the center and the Kurdistan region

The purpose and goal of introducing the federal system is an attempt to prevent the concentration of power in one hand and strengthen local governance. However, the ambiguity of the constitutional texts in the Iraqi model led to an overlap in the competencies between the federal government and the regions and governorates that are not organized in a region and the organization of the relationship between them, in addition to the ambiguity of the constitutional texts. Applying the approach of the philosophy of the federal system and not taking into account the societal privacy enjoyed by the Iraqi society, which affected the state administration and created many countless problems between the federal government and the Kurdistan Region.
And the relationship between the federal government and the Kurdistan region has become permanently tense due to many points of disagreement as a result of the many powers enjoyed by the Kurdistan region, which affected the performance of the entire political system and thus its reflection on society and all state institutions and the inability of the state to impose the rule of law as a result of many factors, and it will be addressed In the search to a number of these problems.
