The main approach in this study is a direct and optimistic approach to dense urban living and questioning the ideologies of urban planners since the Victorian era, and since density was seen as destructive and not vital. This study will discuss the concepts of urban density and vitality of the place, and how planners apply it in theory and practice. With the beginning of interest in cities and the focus on addressing the negative aspects of the urban vitality has tended to be strengthened by reducing the density, which led to the direction of the population to rural areas and work to remove parts of the old centers, so spatial vitality at the time tended to reduce population density and housing and focus on activities And rich class activities. Thus, the views of the theorists centered on the social aspects between acceptance and rejection of high densities and the extent of their generation of vitality of the place, but at some point they have accepted and reinforced studies of the intensity of flows and the importance of the existence of individuals and their interactions. Among these, the study was a problem, which is the foggy indicators of the vitality of the place resulting from the urban density, and the density required to achieve the vitality of the place. The study aimed to determine the density required to achieve the vitality of the place, and to find indicators effective in achieving the vitality of the place and the result of urban density. It is therefore assumed that the (moderate) density is the appropriate density to achieve spatial vitality, and the urban intensity and vitality of the site links to several factors that collectively affect the vitality of the place. The study found a number of indicators that enhance the vitality of the place depending on the urban density of various types through the interrelationship between the factors affecting both concepts (density and vitality), the fact that the correlation between density and vitality of the place was clear their aspects of urban and social and economic, The indicators are: urban density, diversity, flow, attraction, interaction, communication, sense of well-being and belonging. Each of these indicators is linked to a set of measures by which the extent of the achievement or lack of vitality is measured.
