Islamic law is the final divine law, as it is not specific to a time or specific to a nation of people, but rather it is for all human beings, according to the Almighty’s saying: It is comprehensive for all times and applicable with the change of times, and the fact that the legal ruling is fixed and does not change with the passage of time does not negate the fact that Islamic legislation has noticed the effect of the time element in many rulings, because it is natural that rulings are realistic and not ideal, and that they are eternal and not temporary. Therefore, the role of time in making legislation cannot be ignored, as time is an influencing element on the faculties of judgments as it is dependent on the interests and corruptions inherent in realistic matters. The question posed is whether Islamic jurisprudence remains rigid in a world full of changes in lifestyles and means, but also changes in visions and ideas. In order to know the vitality of this jurisprudence and its ability to keep up, the topic was the subject of research, and the research and study were organized into an introduction and a preface.
