Abstract

verses. Islam referred to  equality between male and female,  but  the traditional gender vision that prevailed over women that she is  emotional and is only suitable for procreation, In which there is a sexual bias in favor of males in human rights and religious Knowledge .

      The research mentioned some of these positions, and some gender paradoxes, prejudices against women, which made the Arabs and other people who entered Islam first interpret religion in a way that abused Islam  .  The study recommends rereading jurisprudence and legislative texts in the light of modern human rights concepts, because the Islamic religion is the last religion and is supposed to provide a modern vision appropriate to each age . The  research recommends the need to read women's legislation and contribute to the maturity of the reality of jurisprudence aware of gender differences towards religion .
