Abstract

Health represents a basic and necessary need for a person, as it is an indispensable element for human survival, as it is a basic right for every human being, and this is what made it one of the governing indicators of human development, as it aims to ensure an extended life without illness. In what came the first topic about the reality of health institutions and their spatial distribution, and it became clear through it that there is a clear shortage in the number of health institutions, especially the number of hospitals and health centers, and the imbalance in their spatial distribution between administrative units according to population size. Then the second topic came about health human cadres and their functional efficiency and its impact on human development
