It uses the tools and is specialized in provisions and is unique to them from all other acts, as it is applied to the nominal sentence, and the novice begins to compare it with the actor, and it has a name for it. And the scholars differed in their significance on the event, and even differed to the name of the event, and they differed in calling it b (missing). They do not see that it is fixed The status of the event descends. A group of grammarians went on to say that the positions of these acts are their meanings in the sense, because their name and proven experience are originally (novices) and novellae. The (Kan) is used completely Vtstgny of the news, and agreed Abu Hayyan Sebwayeh in it, one of the views stated by (Abu Hayyan) and did not attribute to Sebwayeh words. It is not permissible to separate between "kan" and its employees with a foreigner, and this dispute is related to the narration and the transport. The study concluded that the news is part of it and is complementary to it. Sebwayeh did not state that it is permissible to submit a news (not) about it or not, and Abu Hayyan mentioned it Thus, the doctrine of the Kufayein likely evidence and transfer, but Sebwayeh no opinion on the matter.
