Abstract

A person can have moral values based on his pure nature and deep thinking that he enjoys. And whoever is deprived of this talent; His psychological desires and dealing with animal matters prevented him from delving into the field of contemplation in the philosophy of life, which prompted him to preoccupy himself with daily life. And whoever wants to follow in the footsteps of perfection; He must show the signs of human morals and behavior and blend his psychology and thinking with these ethical teachings. And man always searches for multiple values, such as: acquiring knowledge, benevolence, righteousness, altruism, keeping secrets, justice, virtue, honesty and trustworthiness and... This is due to two factors: the first is that man sees himself as belonging to the world of perfection and on the other hand he notices An occasion exists between his lofty human status with this range of moral values. Statement of moral teachings as one of the important topics in the poetry of some poets, it descends somewhat to the thoughts of the poets and their experiences in life. Al-Sahib Ibn Abbad is considered among the poets whose poems explicitly showed moral principles and values. Accordingly, this procedure had a multiplying effect on the recipient, which perpetuated the concepts in his mind. In this research, we aspire, by following the descriptive-analytical approach, to address the manifestations of moral teachings in the poetry of "Al-Sahib Ibn Abbad" and to reveal the meanings inherent in them. Employing religious teachings, pure Islamic education, the feeling of human love, the psychology of loyalty and masculinity, and the various experiences called "Saheb Ibn Abbad" to adhere to moral values and call all people to these moral ideals. The poet dealt with multiple values in his poems, including: love of knowledge, kindness and benevolence, advice, keeping secrets, avoiding backbiting, keeping the tongue, avoiding care and commitment to patience and tranquility. He attached religious contents to it in order to show its importance and the necessity of these concepts in life. The poet relied on simple words and meanings in his moral poems, and he made valuable observations in them. So that those poems had a profound impact on the readers and listeners and invited them to contemplate and think. Moreover, the poet has used formulas of command and prohibition in his exhortation and guidance.
