Abstract

Knowledge and beauty are intertwined variables, the first develops a sense of beauty and the second opens the mind to receive knowledge, and through them the human soul transcends to its highest outputs. For this purpose, the researcher deliberately linked and tracked these two dimensions for the purpose of exploring them in the designs of the covers of Al-Mizmar magazines for children issued by the Iraqi Child Culture House for the years (1979-1980-1981) and directed to the age group (9-12) years, and tried to subject them to a process of evaluation of the reality of their production in line with the seriousness Its impact on the culture of children due to the possibility of its access to their hands before the school age, i.e. before the textbook, then it has the role of increasing the delivery of ideas and information that should be sound according to the general perspective, for its distinctive role in gaining the child’s desire and generating a need for him to turn towards the magazine, which determines the importance of the research Present
