Abstract

When we want to deal with the subject of religion and man in the thought of Muhammad Hussein Fadlallah, we are confused from which angle to approach this subject, because in all the subjects he raised and in all the issues for which he worked, religion was his cause to the extent that man was his cause, until it seemed as if the meaning of his existence was in life. It can only be achieved when it can achieve the greatest contribution to alleviating human pain and purifying religious thought at all levels from impurities that question the credibility of the human essence of religion in the light of what history has witnessed and the present is witnessing in terms of racist, abolitionist, takfiri, extremism, superstitious and mythical phenomena that have been attached to religion.
