Abstract

The caliphate after the death of the Prophet (7) is considered by both parties to be an important issue and a general leadership for all Muslims in the world to establish the provisions of Islamic law, carry the Islamic call to the world, and establish a caliph that is obligatory for all Muslims in all countries of the world and carry out it, like carrying out any of the obligations that he imposed God is upon the Muslims, and it is an inevitable matter in which there is no choice or relent in his matter, and failure to do it is one of the greatest sins, for which God will chastise the most severe punishment. pure and purified from any filth, and that he be a believer, knowledgeable, a planner, and well versed in the affairs of Muslims in this world and the hereafter
