The aim of the research is to investigate the impact of the problem-solving method in teaching the subject of equations to fourth-grade students on the academic achievement and thinking of these students.
1- There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of students of the experimental group that studied equations using the problem-solving method, and the mean scores of students of the control group that studied the same unit in the normal way, in the achievement test of the equations unit.
