Abstract

Noticing what is necessary in rhetorical books among other rhetorical topics is considered one of the most important topics, not only because it is the only evidence for rhetorical speech, but rather as the basis and pillar of all rhetorical topics, since every art of rhetoric in the event of noting the necessary case has an active role in the rhetoric of speech. The requirement of the situation is a deduction of what is suggested by the appearance of the speech only, and that what is called in the science of meanings by the name of departing from the application of the speech to the requirement of the situation is not limited to me.
