Abstract

The current research aims to identify the emotional stability and haste in the conclusion and the extent of their correlation with each other among a sample of teachers in primary schools distributed over the districts, centers and districts in Najaf Governorate. The sample size was (475) male and female teachers. The researcher adopted a tool for measuring emotional balance and building a tool for measuring haste in conclusion. The results concluded that the sample of teachers have emotional balance and they do not have haste in conclusion, and there is no difference between females and males in emotional balance, and that there is a difference between them in haste in conclusion and in favor of males. As for the relationship between emotional balance and haste in conclusion, it is a negative correlation. The researcher came out with a set of recommendations and proposals from the current research
