The role of courageous leadership in achieving strategic involvement An analytical study of the opinions of a sample of administrative leaders in the National Insurance Company, Baghdad

Purpose: The current study aims to test the role of courageous leadership in achieving strategic involvement, through a sample survey of opinions from administrative leaders in the National Insurance Company - Baghdad
Design/Methodology: From the following questions, the problem was identified, the most important of which was: Can courageous leadership achieve the company's goals? Is the Iraqi environment suitable for working according to the principle of courageous leadership? Is strategic involvement a goal of the company? The target study population in the National Insurance Company represented (top management, department managers, specialized departments, units). The researcher distributed 105 questionnaires to the study community and after checking the respondents’ answers, 12 questionnaires were excluded because they contained missing data at a high rate, and therefore the remaining questionnaires amounted to There are 93 questionnaires. The study used the questionnaire as the main tool for data collection. It sought to select a number of main and subsidiary hypotheses related to the correlation between the study variables. In order to answer the questions related to the problem of the study and to reach the objectives set, and in order to process the data, a number of statistical methods were used using the SPSS 25 statistical program and the Smart program.
Theoretical results: There is a knowledge gap about explaining the nature of the relationship between the variables of the current study represented by the independent variable, courageous leadership, and the dependent variable, strategic involvement .
Practical results: The study reached several results, the most important of which was that courageous leadership is linked to the variable of the strategic involvement model
