The role of organizational prestige in reducing organizational failure - an analytical study of a sample of the opinions of senior and middle management in the General Directorate of Education in Najaf Governorate

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to seek to identify the role of organizational prestige in reducing organizational failure, and to propose new mechanisms aimed at overcoming the paths of incoherence of the directorate investigated with previous strategies to avoid the occurrence of organizational failure.
Study design: The research included qualitative analysis of data related to the surveyed directorate in the Najaf Governorate under study. The study sample included a sample of directors, their assistants, and heads of departments, divisions, and units in this directorate, who numbered (199) individuals. The study sought to test a number of hypotheses related to the influence relationships between Study variables. The data was processed through statistical methods using the program (SPSS).
Results: The results of the statistical analysis of the data collected through the questionnaire tool prepared for this purpose, in addition to the theoretical conclusions, including the ability of the Najaf Education Directorate to build organizational prestige and overcome organizational shortcomings.
Contribution/Value: This study contributes as an attempt to contribute to revealing the building of organizational prestige as a modern means for the investigated directorate to avoid the occurrence of organizational failure.
