The role of applying the dimensions of total quality in the effectiveness of strategic sovereignty An analytical study of the opinions of a sample of university leaders at the University of Kufa

This study aims to identify the level of application of the dimensions of total
quality represented by (commitment of senior management, focus on customers, collective participation and continuous improvement) from the point of view of university leaders at the University of Kufa, in addition to showing the impact of applying the dimensions of total quality on the effectiveness of strategic sovereignty, and the researcher designed a questionnaire It included 28 items to collect primary data from the study population, which is approximately (100) members, and the focus was made by selecting a random sample of (90) individuals from the community, and the number of retrieved forms suitable for statistical analysis reached (80) forms, and the descriptive analytical approach was used with the help of the program The SPSS statistical package to draw conclusions, the most prominent of which was: that after continuous improvement had a role in the effectiveness of strategic sovereignty, as this is evident through the university following the continuous improvement approach in its educational inputs and operations in accordance with the needs of the surrounding environment. The study presented a set of recommendations that may contribute Paying attention to the dimensions of total quality and activating its role in the effectiveness of strategic sovereignty in the university under study.
