The aim of the current research is to identify (the effect of a strategy leading to the achievement of second-grade intermediate students in biology and their cognitive representation). To achieve the goal of the research, the researcher adopted the experimental design with partial control, , As the research sample amounted to (61) female students by (30) students for the experimental group and (31) students for the control group. Cognitive Representation Scale), As for my tool, the researcher prepared a measure of cognitive representation consisting of (40) items, an achievement test consisting of (50) items of the multiple choice type with four alternatives, and the researcher used the statistical means of the T-testFor two independent samples, chi-square, Pearson correlation coefficient, Spearman's equation, difficulty coefficient, discrimination coefficient, and the efficiency of alternatives equation. The results of the research resulted in the existence of statistically significant differences between the two research groups and for the benefit of the experimental group in the achievement test and the scale of cognitive representation towards the biology subject, and in light of the research results, the researcher reached A number of recommendations and suggestions
