Criminal liability for violating the confidentiality of exam questions - a study in the Iraqi penal law

Acts of compromising the confidentiality of the exam questions are transgressive, some of which appear intentionally so that the act is the result of the knowledge of the perpetrator, and some of them are in one of the wrong forms of unintentional penal responsibility, and Revolutionary Command Council Resolution No. The decision for these acts is sufficient, taking into account the significant interest in criminalization, for which the law provides the necessary protection to limit acts of infringement, as well as the development and multiplicity of the media in general and the Internet in particular, which was used extensively in the commission of this crime, as the use of this means leads to rapid access Exam questions for the largest number of people, as well as the inability to punish in achieving public and private deterrence to limit the commission of these crimes. This requires urgent legislative intervention that protects the education facility and pulls it out of the brink of decline.
