Abstract

The city of Mosul is one of the ancient cities, authentic with its history and antiquities, and it is the home of many prophets, but now the best part of it has disappeared and has become more like a plaque indicating the devastation, destruction and suffering that the city is experiencing at the present time and since 2014, i.e. after the entry of the terrorist organization ISIS to it and the tampering and sabotage of everything that is beautiful it and destroy it. Since terrorism is one of the most important problems in the geopolitical theater, so came the research problem represented in explaining the impact of the occupation of ISIS on health security in Nineveh Governorate and its impact on the phenomenon of displacement and displacement and an attempt to reveal the most important causes of this phenomenon and its geopolitical dimensions through a statement of the strategic location of Nineveh Governorate , as well as showing the most important variables that affected the exacerbation of this phenomenon and the use of the historical method, through which we will try to trace the impact left by ISIS terrorism and the damage caused to health security in Nineveh Governorate and the descriptive approach to describe this phenomenon accurately describing health security before and after the occupation of ISIS and the functional approach, which It aims to show the role of the state to advance the health security situation in the governorate and the analytical approach to analyze the data and indicate the extent of the deterioration and improvement of health security in that governorate in order to try to reach solutions to advance the reality of health security in that governorate
