Abstract

Iraq is considered one of the countries of the Middle East, which is characterized by a climate that is hot, dry in summer and cold and rainy in winter. The fact that the lack of quantities imported into Iraq and climate changes inevitably warns of a decline in the quantities of water in agriculture, and therefore the research aims to make the best use of the empty spaces in order to reclaim them with various agricultural products from the geographical environment of Iraq, including the salty lands in central Iraq and the desert regions represented by the western and southern plateau in order to achieve development Agriculture that achieves self-sufficiency for the population and reliance on the national agricultural resource, as the research begins with defining the desert lands, the size of their area, and the extent of possibilities for optimal exploitation. To achieve self-sufficiency and exploitation The labor force composed of thousands of young people and the extent to which these groups are absorbed in joining the labor market
