Abstract

That the conditions of the virtuous city are of great importance as a theory in the science of politics in the modern era, that Aristotle put the elements of the state in terms of population, area, and the location of the state, which is of great importance in contemporary constitutional law.

Justice in the state can only be achieved with the satisfaction and conviction of individuals, as the moderate mean that Aristotle spoke about and mastered in it is the golden mean that guarantees obtaining happiness, so there is neither excess nor negligence.

It is important for the state to have a principle that guarantees freedom, democracy and the exercise of the rights of individuals without tyranny. One of the foundations of the constitution is the guarantee of freedom of individuals and the practice of democracy.

And Aristotle paid great attention to education in the system of the virtuous city and made it prior to other systems, because with the righteousness of the individual, the city and its system are reformed, and this interest in education is found in Plato as well.
