Quality of work life programs and their impact on evaluating educational structures An analytical study of the views of administrative leaders on animation from the faculties of the University of Kufa

Abstract

The purpose of the current research is to study the impact of the quality of work life in evaluating the performance of the educational organization. The research relied on a sample of (122) administrative leaders in the colleges of the University of Kufa. The importance of selecting these organizations lies in the fact that they occupy a great and exceptional importance in the national economy through the outputs of these organizations.
