Abstract

It is no secret to anyone that the prestigious status of Islamic jurisprudence, the greatness of its subjects and the extraction of its judgments, and the study of its issues are objectively and organizationally important. This research shows the principles and the concepts of the theory of spending in Islam.

The importance of research lies in how Islam fights poverty and destitution through the means prescribed by Islam to promote social solidarity. Islam organizes all the aspects of life including economy. Spending money in favor of people’s benefits and acquiring their needs constitutes a general and an important aspect that develop and improve economic movement, as well as the fact that the expenditure is based on moral social system. Such system encourages solidarity and decreases the gaps between social classes and consequently achieve social justice.
