The role of electronic governance strategy and investment in intellectual capital in improving the quality of university education

The university educational process, in its procedures, requirements, and expected outcomes, depends on the basic components of the university, and requires procedures for reviewing and auditing the quality requirements of the educational process at the university, assessing the level of commitment to it and the expected results from it, and providing the basic requirements and tools that can contribute to achieving it, and from here this research begins in Identifying the role of the e-governance strategy and its components in improving the quality of university education in accordance with the requirements of the labor market. A strategic model was formulated and tested using advanced methods. The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is that applying the e-governance strategy and enhancing investment in intellectual capital contributes greatly to improving the quality of University education .
