Abstract

The educational system in general and in Iraq in particular faces great challenges in the field of improving university performance without the need to increase spending significantly, especially in light of the Corona crisis that has affected all countries of the world. Therefore, educational and university institutions are looking for strategies that can contribute to the development and application of educational programs. Therefore, the role of e-learning strategies is clear if the sound strategy is adopted on scientific foundations based on knowledge management. This study was applied to a sample of university professors, and the hypothetical model was built and tested using the structural modeling method. The research reached several conclusions, the most important of which are: The topic of improving university performance has become A necessity and obligation more urgent than before, and this is what led to the emergence of the importance of modern educational tools and their use in simplifying work and achieving the required university performance.
