Abstract

This research aims to identify the impact of digital leadership in achieving strategic excellence. The research was applied at Hilla College, the National University in Babil Governorate. Relying on random sampling, 200 questionnaires were distributed to university professors in its colleges located in Babil Governorate. 177 questionnaires were obtained, of which 161 questionnaires were valid for statistical analysis. The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is It showed that there is a knowledge gap related to identifying the mediating role of cognitive capital between digital leadership and achieving strategic excellence. The study presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: the necessity of giving a greater role to digital leadership, which has proven its ability to support the achievement of strategic excellence, expand the basis of reliance on modern technology, and prepare human cadres. Able to deal with its secretions and updates.
