The effect of strategic capabilities on organizational proactiveness in a sample of tourism companies in Najaf Al-Ashraf

The current research aims to identify the strategic competencies and their impact on organizational proactiveness in transportation companies in the province of Najaf and to diagnose the level of the relationship between the two variables by measuring their dimensions and determining the nature of the relationships between them. For measurement, the research community was workers in the transportation sector in Najaf Governorate, who numbered 103 individuals, and 110 questionnaires were distributed in a random sampling method, and the retrieval rate was (93.6%) and the number of valid questionnaires was (103), i.e. in the proportion of representation of the sample (100%). ), the researcher used the advanced statistical programs (SPSS v.26) for the purpose of analyzing the data and testing the main and sub-hypotheses emanating from it.
